OSPREYS SWOOP ON PENLAN

Community Coaches from the Ospreys paid a visit to Penlan RFC today to coach some existing junior players and introduce the game to interested boys and girls from the surrounding area who were new to the sport.  There was a great response with many new faces despite the threat of rain and the visit was hailed a great success.  Our sincere thanks go to the Ospreys, and especially their coaching staff who donated their time and efforts to the youngsters.

Fitness is important but can be fun as the above picture shows.

Looks suspiciously like these potential Ospreys are being given flying lessons by the coaches.
